There was no air conditioning and the room was warm and very stuffy. There was a ceiling fan but it was still very warm and we traveled in January. The rooms were also very tight/small and close together.

The rooms are small and, despite a recent renovation, already tattered around the edges. Some design elements were odd choices such as putting a coffee maker on a shelf that doesn't have outlets, requiring guests to move it to the floor or a side table to plug it in. There were some delay with room service and the cleaning staff like to chat loudly in the hallways beginning at 8am. Despite all this, it was a tolerable stay and management did their best to accommodate these issues. Not sure though if I would stay again. The pictures definitely paint a rosier picture than reality.
