「Estabon at the front desk was awesome. Hotel was very clean. While some construction was going on we barely noticed. Nice hotel. Will stay again when in Raleigh.」

「everything was what you'd expect from a Hyatt Place. The amenities were neat and well maintained. The breakfast is the standard fare, the coffee delicious. My only beef was the AC/Heat system which made a terrible racket when in use. I believe a bearing on the fan was at risk. Fortunately the weather was wonderful and I didn't require the unit that much. The staff was wonderful and went to work on the problem.」

「I felt safe and enjoyed myself.」

「Such a lovely room.」

「The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「The hotel was clean and very pretty to look at/we were on the 5th floor so water pressure was a bit low. Also the beds were not comfortable/ felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. New mattresses are needed. Other than that a good stay/ great area and not far from the hospital which was the reason to be there for us.」
