"The room provided was filthy. There was urine stains on the floor in the bathroom. Only 2 bath towels provided for 2 adults and 2 children. No hand or face towels. The front desk was contacted and they provided another room which was satisfactory. "

"As a mom traveling alone with my 5 and 7 year olds, safety was my top priority. This hotel made us feel so secure and comfortable. The staff was warm and attentive; the room was spotless and the common areas were well lit and quiet. We slept peacefully and felt cared for every step of the way. I'd absolutely stay here again."

"Based on a lot of reviews I thought this would be a better quick stop than it was. I would have asked for a different room if we got there earlier. The staff is super nice and the breakfast was decent. The room however was crawling with tiny ants. To the point I sprayed bug spray on the side table so they wouldn’t crawl on the bed. I think they had a home in the headboard. I mean a lot of tiny ants. Mold in the bathroom. Just definitely not what I was expecting."
