"Property address on listing showed 45th St. but later discovered the actual property is on 9th Ave - about a city block away. I followed the check-in instructions and walked down the street to a lockbox that was chained to a city fire hydrant. Returned and tried to enter the 45th St. address and was stopped and informed it was a shelter. We took an Uber from the airport so we had to haul luggage to 9th Ave in 30 degree weather. In excellent condition, the unit would be basic. First, it smelled...
