"We reserved our 3 night stay in March and were contacted ~20 hours prior to leaving for our trip that the owner cancelled our stay. VRBO could find us a place for 2 of the nights but not the 3rd night- so while it was a nice stay, our trip was cut short and Vrbo could only offer us the refund for the night we lost. No discount for inconvenience was offered. Book WITHOUT confidence with this site as owners can just cancel last minute without repercussion."

"Big cedar is an incredible place to stay! So much to do and very beautiful scenery! This place was very clean and spacious. Only cons to it is that you’re not on the top floor so you do hear the noise from the people above you and it’s the room located right where everyone walks in so you hear people outside as well. The room itself is very nice though!"

"We absolutely loved our stay!! The view was beautiful, great balcony, fun activities, and free shuttle to everywhere on the grounds. We will definitely be booking again! The only downside is that you can hear neighbors and people walking on the deck outside the rooms pretty loudly. If you want complete privacy/ no noise, spring for a cabin. But this was perfect for our little family!"

"Property was as described in the heart of big cedar. It is a first floor condo. This made it great for us, we could park and walk right in(no hauling kid stuff/bags/groceries up the elevator). Will definitely stay again!"

"Nice spot to stay on the outskirts of main Branson. Best hot water and pressure we've had at a rental down here yet. Easy to check in, get hooked up to wifi, etc. Had all the hubs for entertainment on the tv's, which was nice to keep kids entertained at times. Decent kitchen setup if you like to cook in like us. In cabin laundry was good, as we have littles and everything gets dirty quick. The hvac was nice, as we like it cool at night. Would stay again."

"Fantastic property. It has a real cozy feel. Very quiet in the evenings for sitting out on the large deck. Close to Big Cedar and other attractions. We had absolutely no complaints or issues. Will recommend to our friends."
