This beautiful home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The houuse has two floors. Laundry is available in the house. One parking spot is available and street parking is free. The house is fully furnished and has all the amenities that you need to stay in here comfortably. You woukd have lots of fun here. Please come and enjoy your stay at this lovely home.
The house is close to many shopping centers and restaurants. It is few minutes away from the airport and also from downtown Richmond. You can walk outside to many places. Carytown is very close also to have fun and enjoy good food.

Wonderful weekend get away!

Very clean, well maintained, comfortable beds, well equipped and many thoughtful amenities. Host was just a pleasure to deal with! Responded immediately to any questions and gave detailed instructions and info. This was our first time booking through vrbo and was such a pleasant experience.

Thanksgiving Week Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house while visiting our daughter over Thanksgiving. The house was clean and comfortable and there were nice touches that the host left for us. Would definitely stay again next time we come!

Perfectly situated home!

The house was in the perfect location for so many things! We were able to walk to restaurants, cafes, museums and enjoy the neighborhood in general. Everything was clean and well stocked with useful items and the host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here in the future!

Historic house in great location

This is a lovely home with the charm of years gone by and located in historic Jackson Ward. It is in easy walking distance from numerous restaurants, shops, and the contemporary art museum. The hostess was in regular communication with us to ensure we had a great stay.

Very cool house

Alveena was super responsive, and the house is lovely - both historic and nicely updated. The location was a little busy, but convenient to the Fan, museums, and VCU Health.

Christmas in Jackson Ward

A great property in the heart of historic Jackson Ward. All the charm of the old brownstone homes. Host was always fast to respond and very pleasant. Home had all of the extra touches that made the stay very comfortable.

Great Location and Cute House

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close walking distance to the VCU where we did a lot of our work that week. The house was clean with a lot of amenities and small comforts like toiletries and a parking space which made a huge difference. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Perfect Place for checking out Richmond for future job

Alveena did an excellent job communicating with us before and during our stay. The house was built in 1880 and she has maintained and updated it beautifully. Her furnishings really give it a cool vibe and her kitchen has all the updated appliances. Perfect location to restaurants and highway to get to Glen Allen for summer job.

A terrific homebase in Richmond!

My family certainly enjoyed our stay in Alveena's late 19th-century rowhouse that sits in one of the city's historic districts within easy walking distance to several cafes as well as the downtown city center. The house has been tastefully updated inside with modern amenities. The house is near a loud, busy street, so we found the sound machines in each bedroom particularly valuable to muffle the outside noise for our kids to sleep. There's a private parking spot in an alley behind the house with easy access through the courtyard. Enjoy your stay!

Charming Home with Original Features – Perfect for Work & Play!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home full of character and original details. While the photos show three different beds, there are actually two comfortable queen-sized beds. The dedicated office space was ideal for my husband to work during our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—super convenient for our baseball tournament held across three different fields. Alveena was an exceptional hostess with super prompt responses, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches and extras she provided. Bonus: there’s a full-sized hairdryer in the bathroom! Thank you for everything, Alveena!

Very Accommodating Host

Our host was very available and accommodating. The property was clean. Our only issue was the location. It was very close to all of our needs which was great. It was located on a very busy street and it was very loud throughout the nights. Lots of racing cars and motorcycles. There was also some police activity across the street, but that was not the fault of the property owners.

Fantastic rental!!

We stay in a number of rentals on our vacations, and this one was top notch with all the small things provided, paper towels/toilet paper/dish soap etc. Proximity to VCU Medical Center, and all the wonderful downtown areas is incredible. The host reached out a number of times checking in to see if we needed anything and hoping we were having a good stay. He was wonderful! The house had an incredible coziness to it and we all felt at home. The beds were comfortable. The towels were great. The shower and appliances worked great. We will absolutely go back and stay again. Also was so great to have the parking spaces!

Charming house

The property was clean and owner has put in a lot of work into updating the property. It’s in Jackson Ward, so older area of town. It rained heavily while there and was a substantial leak in the closet in one of the bedrooms. Owner responded quickly and sent a crew to clean and assess the damage. Hopefully, everything will be fixed.

Amazing row house in historic Jackson Ward!

If you are looking for a unique property in a historic neighborhood this one is it. The house is exceptionally clean, well equipped, and has two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. It is located at the edge of historic Jackson Ward and has easy access to the freeway as well as allowing for walking to VCU, museums, restaurants, and some shopping. The neighborhood is easy to navigate and we found everything we needed within a short distance. We stayed during a particularly hot week in Richmond and the a/c worked great keeping the house cool. The only downside is that the street can be noisy so be prepared for some traffic noise especially at night. We loved this amazing house and look forward to another visit.

great host, nice rooms.

The entire stay is a pleasant experience! The checking-in process is very smooth with the host's effective and in-time communication. The rooms are in nice condition with pretty much everything needed already provided. The beds are nice. The decor is pretty contemporary and comfortable. I stayed for an extended amount of time, and the consumables were prepared sufficiently. The host also responded to my needs timely and ordered the stuff very quickly. If there is any concern at all, the downtown Richmond is a busy place and occasionally with strange people around and noises, such as weekends. But nothing wrong with the property. The security system of the property is definitely the best. The host is absolutely the best! It is surely a recommended place.
