「This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. We were a group of four and going to stay four nights. However, at check-in, the barely usable card reader (they had only two, but one was broken) rejected all of our credit cards while receptionist never showed his willingness to help, saying these cards reached to the limit of amount (Of course we could use them at another hotel). The rooms were spacious and the beds were always clean.
The hotel front desk people were friendly and answered my few questions and requests right away.
When my computer broke down, they were very cooperative in helping me find a screwdriver.
Since this was my first visit to Minnesota, I asked them about dangerous areas for Asian tourists and their recommendations for places to visit and stores, and they gave me very good answers.
