"The elevator was confusing to get to the main floor for us and alot of other guests. A lot kept pressing floor one as the main floor which is the casino not realizing that it was the casino button. This seemed very frustration to a lot of people. It would be helpful for people to have better signage."

"Pool had good potential. As far as temperature and comfort. There were way too many kids playing crazy rough. Capacity was supposed to be 26 people but there were lots more. No staff interference even though staff brought towels and saw the situation. Disappointing, i got hit by a kid jumping into the pool who didn't see me. It could have been disastrous for both of us."
