"We visited October13 to 20 2022. Beautiful Villa, very clean inside and out, well kept pretty gardens, but pool could be cleaner. The best views would be from the back of the villa but high trees block most of the views and all of the sun permanently from the back of the villa (unfortunately they do not reduce the constant road noise, day and night). The property is arranged so that you always have a choice of sun or shade. It was a delight to eat dinner to a beautiful sunset and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. "Photo was misleading. It had the house right by the water it was not. It said AC, no AC, but fans did work, somehow. A little investment in getting rid of the ants in the kitchen by spraying and indoor portable AC would make this place a top billing for couples and or family Alberto was a great host. Need to provide info on house in writing. No need to guess. Things like garbage, wi-fi info, other aspects close to perfect. Host is new, so he did an outstanding job."
