"Staff are really friendly so check in and check out went quickly and smoothly. My room smelt amazing like apples and was spacious for a solo traveller. Comes with simple amenities and a Nespresso machine! Bed was so comfy and TV comes with Youtube and Netflix which not many four or five star hotels include so was presently surprised with this."

From the moment we arrived and she greeted us at reception to personally delivering our numerous bags to our room she was so friendly, efficient and personable. I mentioned to her that when we stayed at the hotel 2 years ago we enjoyed the chocolate offered to us. She went to the trouble to search out some chocolate for us and left us a very nice note in our room. She is a real asset to your organization. We will be back next year and hope to see Jessica again."
