Traditional Madeiran house recovered and integrated into an area of pure natural landscape, with rustic decoration, comfortable environment and a concept of sharing spaces that will make you feel a family environment. Ideal for a relaxed holiday in contact with nature at any time of the year.

Solar dos Reis has a large common area for all guests, kitchen and living room. Separately, it offers five bedrooms with heating, double or single beds, mini bar, private bathroom with shower, and direct access to the exterior. Maximum capacity: 2 persons per room.

The garden welcomes visitors, leading to the heart of the house—a patio with the main house, cozy corners, seating areas, and access to the surrounding property. The heated pool offers dazzling views. Enjoy the zen space, exercise outdoors, visit the organic vegetable garden, and walk the mini footpath (natural reflexology therapy).

Private parking is available outside the house. Wi-Fi is available in all areas.

AREA
Located in the west of Madeira (the sunniest area), in Tabua, Ribeira Brava, bordering Ponta do Sol. Nearby attractions include the Nossa Senhora da Conceição Chapel, Levada Nova walking trail, a dirt road to Paul da Serra for jeep rides, Miradouro do Espigão viewpoint, MUDAS Contemporary Art Museum (Calheta), Ponta do Sol beach, Madeira Ethnographic Museum (Ribeira Brava), and more. Funchal is about a 20-minute drive away.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than airport taxis). If renting a car, navigation apps easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We also provide an app for guests with important information about the property and your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival).
- Bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on site.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), is charged in Ribeira Brava. You will receive a link to pay this tax upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
