This air-conditioned/heated apartment has both garden and sea views. It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast provisions, a dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee machine. There is also a flat-screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and a Blu-ray player. The bathroom has a hairdryer and free toiletries.
Guests have access to a communal barbecue area and shared laundry facilities.

We are located on the corner of Poulter Ave & Walton Street, in Rhyll.
Once you have crossed the bridge to Phillip Island continue on the Phillip Island Road for 7.5 km, take the right-hand turn signed posted "Rhyll" and continue to the T junction in Rhyll, turn right onto Lock Road heading to the beach. Take the second right into Walton Street and we are located on the first right hand corner.

For Guests staying in The BOATHOUSE take the main driveway on Walton Street for allocated parking right under the boathouse.
