"Lovely small cottage. Easy check in and check out. We were told on the day we could check in earlier than 5pm. Place was warm and comfortable. Good location and easy to find. Balloch nearby has some lovely food places. Firelogs were extra charge which was disappointing as usually is included as standard and you could only get it before 4.30 which is when we arrived so we didn't get to use this. Overall good stay."

We had to ask for a kettle and pots and pans. There was no sponge or fairy liquid or sponge to clean the plates. The cooker didn’t work; we had to wait until the night (11 pm) for it to work.
