"Loved the accommodation, very clean, warm and also easy parking. Access via Keybox, Close to centre of Colwyn bay. Great kitchen, with everything you will need to make meals.Two very spacious bedrooms, and a large lounge (from which you can see the sea). There are narrow steps up to the living room accommodation and a second stairway up to bedrooms, this was ok for us but may hinder the less mobile. Furnished very nicely inside, comfy bed, and spacious bathroom. Would stay here again. "

"I stayed in Colwyn Bay for the Northern Eye Festival at Oriel Colwyn and the stay was very enjoyable. I was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. It's a quiet little Guest House and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town - I would definitely stay there again :-)"

Lovely and clean very welcoming everything you could have wanted and more .Only thing I would ask for next time is an Air Fryer ..The Beaches and surrounding area ,the restaurants and micro pubs were great .No 25 restaurant the food was outstanding .I will be booking to come again I usually only go anywhere once but this place and location is well worth repeat visitsIt was also dog friendly which is great ..Single flight of stairs to the apartment . Yes you have neighbours but I never seen them or heard them .Parking was a breeze in the next street Freeee .A real great holiday experience "
