"Loved the accommodation, very clean, warm and also easy parking. Access via Keybox, Close to centre of Colwyn bay. Great kitchen, with everything you will need to make meals.Two very spacious bedrooms, and a large lounge (from which you can see the sea). There are narrow steps up to the living room accommodation and a second stairway up to bedrooms, this was ok for us but may hinder the less mobile. Furnished very nicely inside, comfy bed, and spacious bathroom. Would stay here again. "

"Simply Superb, very close to beach. Very comfortable, spacious and excellent property. Easy parking on site. Very close to all tourist attractions near by. All appliances , wardrobe, beds in fully working conditions. Suitable for 3-4 large families. really enjoyed our stay"

"There was even a welcome pack with all sorts of goodies for us when we arrived! We spent Christmas there and were able to cook everything we wanted. The living room is cosy yet spacious and all the bedrooms had comfy beds and very sit bedding. Its beach location is ideal and it’s also near shops and restaurants (and a pub within walking distance). We had a wonderful week and I thoroughly recommend it!"

"I stayed in Colwyn Bay for the Northern Eye Festival at Oriel Colwyn and the stay was very enjoyable. I was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. It's a quiet little Guest House and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town - I would definitely stay there again :-)"
