Leyland is a beautiful villa that can accommodate up to 8 guests, perfect for
families or groups of friends. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms. Three of them are
on the first floor--two with double beds and one with two single beds. The
fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed. All bedrooms have
air conditioning and a TV. Three of the rooms also have balconies--two upstairs
and one on the ground floor. The villa has two bathrooms, one on each floor,
both with bathtubs. The spacious living room includes a smart TV, and the fully
equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Outside, you can enjoy a
private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a gas BBQ--perfect for relaxing
or dining with a sea view. Villa Leyland offers a peaceful and comfortable
stay, just a short distance from the beach and local attractions.

from Faliraki village, where you can find a wide range of conveniences such as
supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and car rentals. Faliraki is also
full of beach bars and restaurants where visitors can enjoy a refreshing drink
and a tasty meal. Just a 100m walk from the front gate of the property there is
a traditional taverna that serves authentic Greek cuisine, live music and
dancing, and exceptional customer service. Within a short distance, you will
find six of the most famous and beautiful beaches on the island. Faliraki beach
with the fine golden sand is just 2km/5 minutes by car and offers a wide range
of water and beach-related activities. The famous beach of Anthony Quinn and
the picturesque port of Ladiko is accessible even on foot (1.6km) or 4 minutes
by car, Traounou beach is 2,4km/ 4min by car, while the endless beach of
Afantou is also just 5km or 5 minutes by car away. The airport of Rhodes is
found in only a 20-minute drive.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
