Basic accomodation done well

These apartments are basic 3-star appartments, but had everything I needed for a great stay. Beds were comfy, the apartment was clean, aircon worked well, decent shower and water temperature. I didn't use the kithen facilities, as eat out all the time, but they were there if you needed them. Room 4 had a double bed and a single too, which considering I travelled alone, was loads of space for me. The views fromn the verander are stunning and it was nice to have the sun beds and chairs if I wanted to chil for a bit. It's on a really steep slope, but so is the whole resort, so not suitable for old or people with mobility issues, but otherwise is in a great loacation. The apartment was cleaned every day by the maid service and towels could be changed when you needed them. If you are after 4-star accomodation, this is not for you; it was basic, clean and comfortable and perfect for my stay. For the price, this accomodation offered excellent value for money and if I ever go back to Lindos, I would have no hesitation to book this place again.

Don’t book unless you are fit. Up a steep track… the beds are up steep steps. Not for the infirm. Pleasant place but wouldn’t stay again.

Die Lage war spitze, das Personal auch. Nicht eindeutig war, dass es nur eine Herdplatte gab. Wände sind sehr dünn, Nachbarn waren zu hören. Sonst spitze.

Gemütlich und einfach

Gemütliches, kleines Studio (Nr. 1) über zwei Etagen. Für ein paar Tage ganz nett. Sehr kleines Bad, Wandschrank (riecht etwas muffig). Spüle mit Schwämmchen und Spülmittel, aber ohne Geschirrtuch und ohne Abtropfmöglichkeit fürs Geschirr. Ausstattung Geschirr beschränkt sich auf das Nötigste, ist aber okay. Für größere Kochaktionen eher nicht geeignet. 2 E-Kochplatten, Toaster, Wasserkocher. Haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, daher fürs kleine Frühstück ausreichend. Sofa und kleiner Tisch im EG, auf der Galerie großes Bett mit 1 durchgehenden großen Laken/Decke, auf einer Seite des Bettes Ablagemöglichkeit, TV gucken nur vom Bett aus möglich, nicht vom Sofa im EG. Klimaanlage individuell regulierbar, WiFi. Vor dem Studio Bistro-Tischchen und 3 Stühle. Unterkunft liegt am oberen Rand von Lindos und bietet tolle Aussicht auf Stadt und Akropolis. Unkomplizierter Check-in/-out (vorher bezahlt, Mail mit Wegbeschreibung und der Info, dass Schlüssel steckt und Kontakttelefonnummer/-adresse, falls Fragen sind). Fazit: gerne wieder mal. Preis-Leistung (vermutlich wg. Last-Minute-Buchung mit 45 Euro/Nacht recht günstig) völlig okay.

Si scorge un ottima vista del paese di Lindos, del castello e della baia. Questo comporta la posizione dell'alloggio in alto e per chi non vuol far troppa fatica non è l'ideale. Panorama meraviglioso

le coordinate date dal titolare all'arrivo sono state ok, sul retro della porta c'è affisso un regolamento, molto chiaro, siamo stati nella camera n.4, più o meno avevo visto delle foto prima dell'arrivo (tranne il bagno!!!!), i mobili da cucina sono abbastanza nuovi (per nostra scelta non abbiamo mai cucinato), la parte del "lettone" appoggiato alla parete, un pò scomodo per salire/scendere, molto comodo per dormire invece, il bagno ......... può essere sistemato molto meglio, soprattutto il box doccia, abbastanza spazioso, ma non curato nelle rifiniture (macchie scure, bruttissime, guai senza ciabatte !!!!), nell'alloggio manca uno stendino, essendo un posto di mare soprattutto costumi e teli occorre lavarli/stenderli tutti i giorni) lo si può fare nelle tre sedie che ogni alloggio ha a disposizione ma sono sempre occupate dai tanti gatti che vi soggiornano !!!! la veranda (in una precedente recensione avevo letto che in 11 giorni non era mai stata pulita !!!) confermo, in 7 giorni idem !!!! la vista da questa veranda è veramente bella, il cambio biancheria/asciugami è avvenuto regorlamente.... peccato con un minimo di accorgimenti sarebbe veramente perfetto

Dark, gloomy and uncomfortable

Don't go - dark and gloomy studio, very uncomfortable beds, both sunk in middle, mattresses very thin; bed upstairs, bath down stairs. Bath a small wetroom - everything got wet. Sofa was so uncomfortable we could not sit on it. Minimal furnishings. Stairs and mezzanine floor very creeky giving cause for concern. Location ok, distant sea view, reasonable walk into town. Definitely do not recommend going. There were no staff as we had to call a number when we arrived to be told our studio number and where to go. That did not matter but our rating is not appropriate, but had to be included in this format.

Better than a treadmill

Our only complaint is that the sofa had a broken board and was very uncomfortable. The bedboards were badly spaced and we evened them out the second night. Beware if you have trouble with hills as they are very very steep and the stones can be slippery. We taxied back from the town square to the main highway above the hotel for 4 Euros every day. That made it tolerable. The beach is a hike down and no more interesting than most beaches.The town is worth the trip and three days should cover everything worth visiting or eating.
