  • It is an apartment (studio) of 30 m2 located on the fourth floor, with a very beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is composed of a bedroom, a kitchen, and the toilet.
    The building does not have a lift.
    The apartment is located in the center of the city. Visitors can visit the city without having to rent a car.
    The neighborhood in which the apartment is located, is very beautiful and very touristy. In the surrounding streets, there are many hotels, restaurants, bars, etc ... There are many people in the neighborhood during the summer, especially tourists. The area is very quiet during the day and very noisy during the night, because of the bars in the neighboring streets.

The property itself is great and clean. There are 60 or more steps to get up to property, but a beautiful and private balcony once you make it. The area is more of a party area. Bars, clubs, etc are all on a street very close and you can hear music clearly in your apartment. Noise lasts all night as those clubs don't close until 5-7am on weekends. So if your looking for a quiet relaxing stay and not a party, I would consider somewhere else.
