「Very welcoming from the outset. The hotel is located inside the walls of the old town and you cannot drive up to the door of hotel. Parking is available outside of the old town walls. The hotel contacted me to ask when i was arriving and scheduled staff to meet me at my car in a golf cart for a short ride to the hotel with our luggage. 「Be sure and don’t make the mistake we did which was booking the wine suites versus the wine hotel. We thought we were booking close in to old town at the Wine hotel and turns out we were in a completely different spot close by but different area that has security surveillance the neighborhood. staff was wonderful unhelpful but yet we weren’t where we should have been or so I thought the other issue was there was mold on the walls and we could smell paint so it seemed like they had just painted...

「Oh my goodness what a beautiful place. We were in the middle of the old town of Rhodes Island in Greece and we had our own little grass yard and two lounge chairs and a hot tub and a beautiful apartment that had a wall that looked like it was attached to the castle or at least close to it. It was beautiful. Everything was done well, and the manager was very gracious to us even though we didn’t need him quite a bit when we got lost I would give this a five out of five and I plan to go back there...
