But the bed was too soft, and a staff member smoking in the courtyard below sent cigarette smoke drifting up through my window. When we had an issue with the heating control panel, they were quick to respond and efficiently moved us to a new room 👍. The breakfast spread was great, with plenty of options to go around 😋. We really loved the dining area too - cozy and spacious, perfect for a relaxing start to the day 🍳. Overall, a top-notch stay, would definitely recommend!"
