"Clean, modern style room. Nicely furnished. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Wide selection on the breakfast menu. Parking was easy, following the hotel advice to aim for the galleria. Quick easy checkin and checkout."

"Great location, directly in front of the main train station. It is also very quiet and safe. Management is very attentive, friendly, and professional. The room is very spacious. There is good size closet in the room. The room has a long couch. However, there is no accommodation to put away multiple luggages with only one luggage stand. Aside from this, the hotel is a good choice and a good experience."

"Great immaculately clean and very well maintained hotel/apartments. You can catch a bus or a tram from the location into the city but we chose to walk. I’d say it’s about a 25 minute walk but it’s a nice easy walk through a good area with plenty of places to stop on the way. The staff on reception were great and very friendly and helpful. We’d have no hesitation on stopping again if we visit Heidelberg."
