Swan House has a great location at Downtown Reykjavik. This is a self check-in apartments and you have the great possibility to feel like at home but in the heart of Reykjavik. We offer a luggage storage for your convenience, storage for guests and pleasant lobby area.
Just 1 min walk from Laugavegur street, 7 mins walk from Hallgrimskirkja Church.

The Space:
The Deluxe studio can accommodate 4 guests including the sofa bed. Furnished with comfortable beds, dinner table, equipped kitchenette with stove, kettle, coffee machine, free wifi and TV, electronic code access, security cameras in the building, this is the ideal choice for your holiday in Iceland.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole apartment. Everything within the apartment is private and for you to use at your convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Just 1 min walk from Laugavegur street, 7 mins walk from Hallgrimskirkja Church, 16 mins from the Harpa, 17 mins from Reykjavik City Hall, 20 min walk to Reykjavik Harbor, 21 min walk to the National Museum of Iceland.
The studios will make you feel like being home but in the heart of Reykjavik.

Breakfast
Wake up to the convenience of a freshly prepared breakfast waiting just outside your door! Our breakfast-to-go package is delivered in a paper bag between 7:00 and 8:00 AM on the days you wish it to be included in your accommodation experience.
Each package includes a combination of:
A freshly baked sourdough bread roll, a buttery croissant, fresh fruit of the day, creamy cheese slice, butter and jam, a refreshing fruit drink.
Perfect for those on-the-go or simply wanting to enjoy a slow morning without the hassle. Whether you're heading out for an adventure or enjoying a peaceful start to the day, this breakfast will fuel you up for whatever lies ahead.
