Never received check-in info with door codes, luckily someone was working in the bar at the time and was able to look up our reservation. We came at check in time and room still wasn't even clean. Otherwise its not a dirty place, location is also not bad.

Location is perfect, it’s right in the city center and close to many bus stops that tours do pickups and drop offs! We had a little trouble at the beginning getting the code but they quickly responded. I would definitely stay here again!

Very friendly staff in downstairs restaurant. Clean room, loved the ability to cook in the room. The decor wasn't quite as quirky or unique looking as some of the pictures made it appear but overall I really enjoyed my night at Ok Studios. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious studio with comfortable bed and nice skylight window if you are on the ground floor. You get your own code to the front entrance and entrance to your room so it is very safe. Close to everything in downtown. We had a lovely stay here.

Our room was brilliant, large with a comfortable queen sized bed. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for making breakfast for early morming starts. OK studios is a hidden gem. Service and communication was also very fast Fantastic trendy location. Close to all attractions and best restaurants.

Thoroughly enjoyed this trip and this property made for the perfect home base! Clean, super interesting decor, everything we needed to feel at home. The location is incredibly walkable with everything you could want from the city within minutes! Communication with manager was smooth and simple. When we had a challenge arise with the door code they resolved it quickly and were so helpful! When we come back we will likely look to stay here again!

This is a central and great place to stay! We had an issue with our shower drain not draining and water flooding into the whole apartment- which was not ideal- but when we reached out to our host, they were quick to fix the situation!

Great stylish space, but poor check in

Very comfortable and stylish space. Only complaint was that both times I stayed here the host gave the wrong room number and check in code. Was able to get resolved by calling them, but was frustrating when checking in. Also, free street parking!

OK was an excellent place to stay in rejykavik. The room was much larger than we expected and had a great kitchen with supplies and dining table. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The communication with the property manager was excellent. Great directions and helped out immensely. The room was unique as we had to walk through a restaurant (not associated with the hotel). Kron was the name and it was usually very busy. We got to know the staff and decided to at least have one meal there. Great food. Will definitely recommend.

Good service

Actually we stayed at Vintage Hotel (close to Ok Studios) because Ok Studios couldn´t accommodate us. They took care of our booking and moved use to Vintage hotel and kept us well informed (we were able to choose from different options they offered us). When we booked in there was some misunderstanding, our booking was for three persons but the room was for two persons and the travel bed was missing. There is no reception at the hotel but few phone calls solved the problem and we got the travel bed. So overall everything was great.

Misleading Amenities But Lovely Space

The stay itself was fantastic and the communication and customer support was superb. I do want to note that there is no luggage holding space at this location despite what the listing says. There may be a concierge service when you call the main line, but there's no front desk or staff there. There was a restaurant downstairs but no snack bar or coffee shop in the building. It's also a little confusing how to get in but they do send helpful videos. Moreover the space was beautiful and spacious and had EVERYTHING one could need, I cluding prime location. Would definitely stay there again.

Dirty and poor condition

What a poorly maintained room. No toilet paper holder, no shower nozzle holders. Both were ripped out of the walls and not fixed. Very dark, only 1 dim light working in the entire place, no light in the kitchen. Very dirty with black moms in the bathroom. Bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. Outlet in bathroom coming out of the wall. Incredibly noisy with people screaming and yelling until 4-5 in the morning EVERY night. So loud and difficult to sleep

check in process was really stressful. when we first arrived to check in, our code for the door was not working, we were new to Iceland and did not have a phone to call. there was a lady in the restaurant but she did not even tried to help us. After emails back and forth with the property, while we were outside in the freezing weather, we finally were able to get in to our smelly room. the shower was dripping constantly and the room smelled awful, we spoke with the house keeping team, they tried their best however they did not succeed neither to stop the leaking shower nor to get rid of the smell. very very bad experience never again!

Frustrating check in process

While the room itself was lovely, getting into the hotel was stressful and I will not recommend this place to folks who are new to the country as we were. When I booked the hotel I received a communication from the hotel directly saying that we would get more info when our stay got closer, but was not told that there was no check in desk, or that the entrance to our room was through a busy restaurant. I found out from a nice waiter who noticed my confusion that I had another email with a door code and additional information. I did have the email but the door code was missing. I had to call the number provided in the email (they did not initially pick up and had to call me back). After several hours of driving from another part of Iceland we were tired and just wanted to shower and go to bed so this was very stressful. Another small detail that normally wouldnt have bothered me but because check in was so confusing, it was the straw that broke the camels back - there was no coffee. There was a nespresso machine provided, along with several other kitchen utensils but no pods. All of our other accommodations while traveling provided the coffee if they had a nespresso machine (because grocery stores do not sell them)
