When it was quiet it was great, like nearly dead silent. So we had two great nights. Right up until the booming of the venue that is attached and it vibrates the whole building with the low bass music. It was awful and I would not stay there again. The venue has a permit to make the noise until 1 AM. Not great when you have to get up early to catch your flight out the next day. At least they did indeed stop exactly at 1 AM.

The staff were great. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is located within minutes of the majority of the places in downtown we wanted to visit so we didn’t need a car. The room size’s are small, but nice. I would recommend this place to friends if visiting the downtown area.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable and nearby to many restaurants and attractions in the city. The two dinners that we had at Kastrup, the hotel’s restaurant were excellent.

Loved this hotel and the wonderful staff, which includes a beautiful lab dog to greet the guests. Location is convenient to all literally,. easy access to tour shuttles and bus to / from airport. Can't say enough great things about hotel and staff, YOU WONT Be disappointed! Restaurant was amazing, loved the creme brûlée. I can't wait to go back!!
