Hotel Moserhof to us was a very pleasant stay. Parking space, nice and clean rooms, a very extensive breakfast, kind personnel. For us the looks were great. Some people may find it outdated but we liked the old atmosphere in classic style and combined with neat and clean rooms it was a genuine nice experience to spend the night here.

Wonderful hotel overall. Breakfast was lovely. Parking and driving was a bit of a challenge and the towels in the room were thin. Desk clerk did not speak English. Would stay here again if I was in the area!

There was so much to love about this place! The view outside our window (Alpine mountains, Sunrise and sunset), the breakfast buffet, the location (near so many great activities) and the sauna and spa. We loved our stay.

Very convenient for Neuschwanstein Castle and Alpsee area if you happen to be travelling on the Austrian side. Nice staff and food. Very dog friendly and has a garden for walking the dog.

This is one of my favorite places for relaxing and walking. Our train was late from France and they made sure we had dinner. Staff is so helpful, food is delicious, facilities our so nice. A wonderful place.

Absolutely brilliant! Great with kids!

This place is special! There's a playroom for th kids and a play area outside. We're a huge fan of the friendly staff, the beautiful and well looked after rooms, as well as the delicious breakfast. Would 10/10 stay again.

Amazing stay

Amazing view and location. Surrounded by mountains and nature. Every staff member was more than helpful and kind. Every room has a balcony with an amazing view! 10/10 recommend for the service and price. Nice complimentary breakfast bar and the restaurant is open from 5pm-10pm with a wonderful menu.

This is a hidden gem. Spacious rooms, great views, nice sized balcony, church bells ringing, wonderful breakfast and even a better dinner. Did not use the amenities but looked nice. Staff was extremely friendly and spoke English. Look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend. And only 10 minutes away from the Neuschwanstein Castle.

Disappointed New Year’s Eve Dinner

This hotel has great location. But service is not good. We made dinner reservation in advance through Hotel.com for the New Year’s Eve, but hotel staff didn’t mention it at all. Instead we were told we only can have dinner on the bar counter. We were largely forgotten during the meal service.
