Beach view and access to the old quarter was great and everything was convenient and walkable. The room and balcony were nice. The bathroom, specifically the shower could use a total upgrade. But for convenience, the hotel is a good option.

Bonne résidence sur le front de mer. A distance de marche de la vieille ville. Très correct. Parking public juste en face, mais assez cher (17 € de 16h00 à 10h00 le lendemain) et pas vraiment d'autres options.

Great location

Great location across from beach. 7eur taxi ride from bus station if u don't want to walk. Big rooms with balcony looking out to road and beach. Old town is mins away and either directions leaving hotel you will find lots and lots of tavernas. The host was very helpful in arranging a taxi for us for early departure to Heraklion to catch ferry since Ktel bus ride was cutting it close. Although bus ride is much cheaper and coach is really comfortable it costs 80eur by taxi for about 1:10mins instead of 1:30by bus for under 10eur. We didn't want to take any chances with ferry departing at 8am out of Heraklion. Highly recommend hotel for short stay...great value and location.

I really enjoyed our stay at Aquamarina. It is in a wonderful location. It is just across the street from a very nice beach with access to water sports. It is also very close to old city of Rethymno. There is a wonderful little bakery right next-door and a market close by. I wish we had stayed at this hotel longer. Will definitely plan to stay here when I return again

Tolle Unterkunft in Toplage

Ideale Lage zur Altstadt und Strand - fussläufig 10Min. Herrliche Aussicht vom Balkon (3.Etage) zum Fort und Strand. Sauberes Zimmer, Bad klein, Küchenausstattung etwas dürftig. Rezeption sehr freundlich/bis ca 14:00 besetzt. Negativ: Keine Parkplatzmöglichkeit, gegenüber sollte am Hafenparkplatz ein Parkplatz - nur Monatsticket verfügbar - für 45€ dazu gebucht werden. Wir haben mit dem Mietauto täglich mehrere Runden gedreht. Die Stadt war voll mit Touris Ende August21. Achtung Ameisen im Küchenschrank. Köderauslegen wäre angebracht. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft mit Toplage.

Nice clean Hotel

I was staying at the hotel whilst getting a boat ready. So for me the location couldn't be better The bed was comfortable the room was tidy. One problem that might upset guests is the noise from the road I was on the first floor At night the local boy racers like to use the sea front .but this would be the same for all the hotels along the front, some I exspect you would pay a lot more for..but a part from that a pleasant stay.

À proximité de centre, propre et accueillant

Très bien lorsqu’on est de passage quelques jours pendant la basse saison. Résidence accueillante et propre avec vue sur mer. Salle de bain un peu petite. A 5 min à va pied du centre historique de Rethymno. A cette période, pas de petit déjeuner servi mais on peut déjeuner pour pas cher vers le centre.

Lovely Apartment with Sea views

We stayed 5 nights at Aqua Marina at the end of October into early November. The position overlooking the sea was great. The room was a little tired but light and spacious, though the bathroom was tight. The kitchenette was very useful and the bed comfortable. The wifi was good and the staff, though there only till 3:00pm each day, were very courteous and helpful. We arrived after the staff had left for the day, but our apartment key was waiting for us. The location, being about 1 kilometre out of Rethymno town was quiet and it was a flat pleasant walk into town. We found it convenient to be located between Chania and Heraklion. The only downside was that many of the restaurants and operators in the area, closed down on 1 November for the winter season! We had been unaware of this. Rethymno is a picturesque town, with a quaint Venetian harbour and a character filled old town.

Nice stay in Crete

I wanted a room near the marina. The hotel was in an excellent position for that. The beach which was just across the road looked very nice but as it was November I did not go swimming. The room was very clean and nicely kept even though it was out of the main holiday season. The main road in front of the hotel can be a bit noisy but was okay once the balcony doors were shut. I intend to use this place again .It is more of an apartment than a hotel with adequate cooking facilities if needed.There are plenty of places in the vicinity to eat and there was a nice greengrocer`s over the road.

Very modern airy room. Good location close to oli town and one step from the beach. Sea view is great. Windows and balcony doors are good soundproofed and bed was very good, we slept liike a logs :-) Some had complane samall showercorner, but I think that’s ok, we didn’t have any problems with that. Great hotel, we’ll be back for sure!

Ottima posizione sul mare è vicino al centro storico. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale adeguato alla struttura. Ottima la pulizia degli appartamenti. Unica raccomandazione: avvisare che il personale per il Check In è presente in struttura solo fino alle 14 e non oltre.
