"Wow ! What an amazing stay with a perfect host in Robert. From greeting us with coffee and cake to making the perfect breakfast each morning, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms and furnishing were pure luxury, so much love has gone into making this the perfect place to stay whether it is for 2 nights or longer. Ideally situated 1.5 miles from Berwick upon Tweed so perfect for visiting so many lovely locations like Bamburgh and Alnwick castles and Lindisfarne. We felt so at home here we cannot wait to return. "

"We stopped at the Pine Marten for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very convenient spot and was well located for us. Our room was fine - clean and comfortable with all the basic facilities necessary. Check in and check out was easy. We had a ground floor room with level access. The staff at the hotel and associated pub were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The food was great and they were very keen to make sure that my food allergies were catered for. A good hotel 👍"

"As soon as we arrived & met the lovely Michelle we knew this stay was going to be brilliant she was so helpful & we were allowed into our room early to drop our luggage off. The room was amazing so clean with everything you needed provided (beverages,water,biscuits,toiletries,hairdryer,fan) & the beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to get up😃 breakfast was very good with cereal,fruit & yogurt offered plus juice & hot drinks & a delicious full English. Free Wi-Fi was very quick.Would highly recommend "
