"We had a fantastic time! Orlando (the owner), his family, and all of the staff were so kind and welcoming! Overall, all amazing experience, I could go on forever about how much we enjoyed ourselves, highly highly recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! Jorge made sure we had a pleasant stay and the staff was really nice. The unit we had was basic but clean, of a good size and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent (you can choose from 3 options) and we also had dinner there twice (there is nothing around), which was also good and well priced. We enjoyed the walking trails. It was a very relaxing stay. Note that the road to get to the ranch is bad so you need a 4x4. Even though it was remote, it was a great base to visit Rincon de la Vieja. We are very happy with our stay overall."

"We stayed one night at Hacienda La Pacífica. The amenities, especially the pool, are excellent, and the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. On the morning of our departure, the entire hotel lost its water supply. We had planned to leave early, but we couldn't shower. The staff initially offered us buckets of cold water, which we declined. After breakfast, we were informed that the issue had finally been resolved. Dinner the night before was quite expensive but very good. However, we were disappointed with the breakfast, which didn't match the quality of the dinner and felt overpriced for what was offered"

"I chose this hotel for my last night as it was conveniently close to the airport. The front door is secured, which adds a nice layer of safety, as visitors must ring a bell for entry. Check-in was smooth, and I was promptly directed to my room on the first floor. The room itself was cozy, albeit small, which is perfectly fine for a short stay of just one or two nights. While there was no comforter, the lack of one wasn't an issue since the room was quite warm. It was equipped with both a fan and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable environment. One of the highlights was the beautiful garden area. Each room on the first floor has a set of chairs outside, providing a lovely spot to relax. Wi-Fi is included, which is a great perk. However, I would recommend noting that breakfast is not included when booking through Hotels.com, and it costs around $8 USD if you choose to purchase it. The hotel is situated in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants, shopping options, and familiar franchise eateries nearby. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider returning in the future."
