No geral, minha estadia foi boa. O dono da pousada nos atendeu com simpatia e gentileza. O chalé é bonito e espaçoso, e o café da manhã é muito bom. Porém, gostaria de registrar alguns pontos que me incomodaram: - A cama é desconfortável. Acordávamos com dores nas costas, em razão do colchão ser mto mole; - A estrutura do chuveiro deixou a desejar. Não conseguíamos encontrar um equilíbrio na temperatura da água; o banho era ou muito quente ou muito frio; - O banheiro não tinha porta, o que achei inadequado. Outra coisa: a postura da pousada em relação a questões financeiras pareceu um tanto excessivo. Por exemplo, avisos indicando que o hóspede deve pagar caso quebre algo, ou perca a chave, manche o lençol ou até mesmo a cobrança para usar um talher transmitem uma imagem muito negativa. Além da questão legal (o dono assumir alguns riscos sem repassar ao consumidor), também passa uma imagem muito negativa da pousada. Essa postura dá a impressão de que a pousada prioriza o lucro acima do bem-estar e da experiência dos clientes. Além disso, considero desnecessário ler em voz alta o termo de responsabilidade aos hóspedes. Bastaria apresentá-lo para assinatura, como ocorre em muitos hotéis. Achei essa prática constrangedora e desnecessária. A pousada precisa melhorar nesses pontos!

Queremos morar no Chalé Pedra do Sol! =)

Tudo perfeito neste lugar! Como já tinha visto nos comentários, Fábio nos recebeu com todo o carinho, atenção e cuidado. Muito solícito e gentil, assim como os demais que atuam na pousada. Ficamos no incrível Chalé Pedra do Sol, muito amplo e bem equipado. Banheira de hidromassagem dupla maravilhosa, assim como todos os demais ambientes. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, ingredientes artesanais e todos fresquinhos, num espaço acolhedor e agradável. O menu Degustação de Pizza Artesanal também foi uma experiência muito boa, assim como as cervejas igualmente saborosas. Tivemos uma pequena dificuldade com a água em um momento pontual que foi resolvida prontamente, em pouquíssimos minutos, ao sinalizarmos via WhatsApp. A pousada tem ótima localização: lugar tranquilo, aconchegante, silencioso e próximo ao centro, onde encontramos lojinhas, bons restaurantes e fácil acesso aos passeios que fizemos. O único ponto negativo é que precisamos vir embora, rs… mas voltaremos com certeza!

Meu marido e eu adoramos a pousada, desde a chegada onde fomos bem recebidos como as instalações muito aconchegante, tudo bem limpo e organizado. No primeiro dia a degustação de pizza maravilhosa, o café da manhã excelente, água bem quentinha para o banho no chuveiro e na banheira. Espero voltar em breve!

Sincera e honesta.

Chalés bastante confortáveis e espaçosos. Roupas de cama e de banho de qualidade superior. Chalé bem cuidado e limpo. O proprietário Fábio é muito prestativo e atencioso informando tudo sobre a estadia além de sugerir diversos passeios. Café da manhã excelente. No sábado fez um Menu Degustação de pizzas baseado em receitas italianas. Uma delícia. Com certeza voltaremos.

E o que me deixou bastante chocada e o fato de que se precisar um prato e um talher para fazer um lanche no quarto eles cobram pelos utensílio, isso eu nunca vi em hotel algum.

Hospedagem deliciosa

Uma delícia de lugar. O quarto com a hidro integrada é um charme. O atendimento é muito cortês e customizado. Houve uma corrida enquanto estávamos hospedados e o proprietário até antecipou o café da manhã para atender à necessidade dos hóspedes que participavam. O café da manhã é farto e tem boas opções. A localização foi muito conveniente para nos locomover até os locais de nosso interesse, tanto de bike quanto de carro.
