"Very helpful staff cleaning of the hotel and room"

"The swimming pool was dirty and if you had to get drinking water or ice you had to go to the restaurant or the water fountain. Does not matter if you are on the first floor or the top floors."

"Really liked the room configuration which we need to accommodate my husband, my granddaughter and grandson. There was a keurig coffeemaker in the room but no pods. I asked at the front desk and was given several packets of the coffee pouches used in the usual hotel coffeemakers. I questioned him but was told that was all they had. Waited until 5:55 and went downstairs to find the night clerk asleep on a couch and no breakfast even started. ( which was supposed yo be available at 6) finally...
