Find a piece of Heaven at the Spirit of Curlew Lake

  • Located 18 miles South of the Canadian border and 8 mile north of the historical gold mining town of Republic. Home built where every window has a beautiful view of the lake, mountains, wildlife or many other sights.

    Who could resist a morning walk or kayaking before an afternoon hike or horse ride, or? The house is located by the trestle over the lake where the state's top ten rated Rails to Trails is located. So much to offer, call now for booking reservations or more info on our area.

    Keep in mind a wonderful place for artists, photographers, musicians, coders, bird watchers, rock-hounds, or writers to create and discover. A perfect place to let your imagination flow.

    Attention New guest and old friends...Beginning mid August 2026 we will only be offering the two top main floors as your vacation home while at Curlew Lake, as the bottom floor apartment shall be separately maintained. This change allows us to provide a more affordable experience for our guests.
    Now we provide three spacious bedrooms accommodating 7 adults and a crib for baby. There is an inflatible bed and a large sofa for overflow.
