This was a great value. We had three bedrooms and two baths plus a nice kitchen and living space. Next time I go to Reno I will stay here if it is available. The host is super responsive and proactive. Great stay

Clean & Comfy Stay

The property was just as the listing promised. Very comfortable, Jeff was very quick with responding, and the property was very clean. Very much enjoyed our stay!

House was fine. Portable A/C units were not all working properly and were very loud. We should have brought our own towels. Towels provided were dirty or stained. It worked with a last minute booking on Labor Day weekend.

Great place!

House was very clean, beds are super comfortable, play area in the back for the kids, good host communication. Nice quiet neighborhood just outside the city. 10 mins to the Arch and 15 to Atlantis, 5 mins to Safeway.Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay!

The house suited our needs! Each bedroom had a king size bed which was great. The backyard was a good size for our dogs. Location was great. Overall, we enjoyed our time at the house.

We stayed here for a wedding, and the house was able to accommodate our party of 7. It was a bit small, but it worked for us. The location is convenient, close to stores and the downtown area.That said, a few updates would make the stay more comfortable. Using simple appliances like a hair dryer would trip the circuit breaker, which was inconvenient. Some kitchen items (mugs, bowls, etc.) were chipped and could use replacing. The home doesn’t have central AC, so there are portable units in most rooms, helpful, but some were quite noisy.Overall, it served its purpose, but with a few upgrades, it could be much better.

This was a perfect place for my family to stay. It was a nice central location, with easy access to a variety of things we wanted to do and see. The home is cozy and everything we needed was there, from towels, to cleaning supplies, to basic kitchen and cooking needs, and access to wi-fi and TV. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy. If we had a question, Jeff responded in a reasonable amount of time. I feel like the response was immediate almost. Suggestions were made for places to eat and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay. I only regret not using the hammock! Everything in this cozy home was great. The kitchen has a nice flow and there was also access to a washer and dryer, plus the pods.A few of our favorite things were the uniquely folded towels, the kitchen faucet in the farm sink of my dreams, and the quiet neighborhood. We took lots of morning walks! Thank you to our great host and congratulations on a beautiful, clean VRBO!

Kids Friendly!

This place worked great for my family for the time we were there. Nice neighborhood, clean property, and perfect for a small family. Backyard worked well for my daughter and dog and while we were out scouting the area for a new place to move to from another state, the house worked great for the time we were there. The only downside was the bedroom tv wasn't working from day 1 of our stay, and although I reached out to the owners, who were prompt on responding, I never heard back as to the maintenance man coming by to fix it, as I was told. This made it so my whole family had one tv to relax in front of in the evening, making it challenging to find something my whole family would like, and keep my toddler entertained with other things. Other than that, it was great and we enjoyed it overall.

Very comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay! The location couldn't be better. The beds were clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and were so grateful to be in the nice warm house during the crazy non stop snow storm outside! Neighbors were so kind to help us dig out and get on the road! Street is busy but inside the house it's very quiet My 4 yr old granddaughter loved the swing set in the backyard (before the snow started). Definitely would stay again.

Cute house

This was a cute house in a great location. We had some issues and Jeff stayed in contact with us. It was very hot during our stay so the AC units and fans were necessary to run all night. The AC units were loud and it took a bit to cool down the house but it was nice once we got it cooled down.

Nice home and centrally located

Nice older home located near downtown Reno. Home is on a busy street. Has everything you need. Since it is an older home, the heater works well for the living room and kitchen area but takes longer to heat back rooms. Good wifi but no cable. You can stream. Nice home that accepts a pet.

Tidy house near UNR

House was in good order when we got there, well furnished and clean. Linens were in good shape and clean too. The house is on the up side of a fairly busy street. Put the heavy sleepers in the front facing bedrooms, also the driveway/steps are steep and no handrail, so do be careful. The manager was very responsive to all messages and questions.
