There is a Blink Security Doorbell on the exterior of the front door is activated by motion and records video to ensure the safety of all of our guests.



Apartment capacity is limited to 2-3 guests. 2 people can rest on the 1-queen sized beds while the others will be on the couch.



Violations will result in a forced cancellation with NO refund.



- NO SMOKING, violations will result in a $500 charge to the card on file.

- NO PARTIES, violations will result in a $500 charge to the card on file.

- Pet Fee $100.

This place was so poorly maintained and gross. It’s in a terrible and horrible neighborhood. I paid for early check in and couldn’t even check in. Once I got into the property it was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting. All sorts of hair was everywhere. The bed was terrible, I would never sleep on a bed like that. The pictures that are listed isn’t even the same property that I rented.
What the hell is this? Doesn’t even fit
