The total area is approximately 450 square feet, but you'll feel right at home in our quaint, modern, and lovely 1 bedroom/1 bathroom oasis. The bedroom features a queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, 32" TV, and plenty of closet storage space.
The living area is open concept, offering a fold-flat futon to accomodate an addional guest, television, and seatin area for dining or working remotely.
The kitchen is newly renovated with energy efficient and dimmable lighting, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including and induction cooktop.
You'll have access to the entire home and private backyard, featuring outdoor seating, firepit, and string lights.
There is an off-street, designated parking spot in the alley where you'll access the airbnb as well as plenty of free street parking on near-by streets.
Your hosts will be available if needed- the best way to reach us is through the Airbnb App or by sending us a direct message if there is an emergency.

The airbnb is located in the historic Wells/Midtown district. Although the unit is within walking distance of all the attractions, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops the Midtown and Downtown have to offer, the neighborhood is quaint, quiet, and safe.
There is designated parking spot right near the Aibnb enterance. Located just minutes from Midtown and Downtown, the Airbnb is located in a walkable neighborhood. There is also access to Lyft, Uber, city bus, and E-scooters.
Pets are allowed with prior approval for an additional fee; 2 pets max and no pets >55lbs
You are responsible for cleaning up after pets both inside and outside.
