Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. We had an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend!

Skiing from the hotel

We went to KAtschberg to ski and not to have any other worries (like where to dine). Falkensteiner Club Funimation is All-Inclusive so it fitted perfectlly. any you can skii right out of the hotel. We were without kids, but could see that they would have a blast staying here. So next time we will probably return as a familly.

Potrebbe facilmente diventare una struttura eccellente sotto ogni aspetto ma qualcosa dev’essere migliorato: cuscini orribili, moquette da eliminare in tutte le stanze e pulizia camere potenziabile, inoltre la sala giochi per i bimbi andrebbe rimodernata e tenere conto dei piccoli turisti stranieri. Per il resto ok!

Die Speisen waren wirklich ausgezeichnet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Der Service an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und professionell (vergessener Schlüssel im Safe wurde gefunden und nach Hause geschickt- Vielen Dank!) Einziger Kritikpunkt: Warum werden die Standard-Getränke für die AI Gäste nicht ebenfalls kostenlos bis 10 Uhr angeboten wenn die MiniDisco nach Draußen verlagert wird? Das ist nicht nachvollziehbar…

Sowohl die Gastronomie als auch die Sanitäter Einrichtungen waren nicht Kindgerecht . Zum einen waren alle Toiletten / Waschbecken auf erwachsenen Höhe . Auch im kinderbereich. Das Zimmer - wir hatten die Suite mit eine separaten Schlafzimmer war sehr gut geschnitten . Das Essen hat uns leider sehr stark enttäuscht . Es gab ledig an einem Abend klassisches Essen aus Österreich. Das Kinderbuffet verdient den Namen nicht . Es gab an 3 Abenden die gleichen verkk min Ulrich sogar aufgewärmte Nudeln . Und immer Tomatensoßen. Das negative Highlight waren die scharfen chicken wings am Knochen . Für ein Kinder essen völlig daneben . Die Kinderbetreuung und Fassbiere Angebot für Kinder jeden Alters war wirklich hervorragend .
