In a quiet and very pleasant environment, we offer you this charming apartment on the Vilaine river bank, on the first floor over a courtyard, with a surface area of 20 m² and which can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. Dupont des Loges street is the main artery of "La Californie" district, located on the island between the two arms of the Vilaine river. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, markets of the hypercenter, the station...
Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A kitchen with a dining area, equipped with: Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A living room with a desk, a TV, a double bed (140×190) and a closet.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A terrace along the Vilaine river, in a green setting with furniture (table and chairs) to enjoy the environment.

Nearby activities:
- Sporting activities: possibility of jogging along the towpath of the Vilaine, the Saint Georges swimming pool (classified as a historical monument) is also 5 minutes away.
- Cultural activities: concerts/shows: UBU, Liberté, Théâtre National de Bretagne, museums: Fine Arts, champs libres and 40Mcube museums, Cinema: Gaumont.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park near the apartment.

As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Subway: nearby, subway A stop Republique, subway B stop Saint-Germain.
- Rennes train station: it is about 10 minutes away by foot.
- Rennes airport: accessible by public transportation, located about 20 minutes away by car.

- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wifi available (optical fiber).
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside of the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested. In case of arrival after 20H30 a supplement of 20€ will be asked (request and payment to our provider on site).

Fine but cleaning should be better

The stay was ok but the bathroom and especially the toilet should be cleaner when you arrive. It would also be a good idea if the person who receive us speak english as we don’t speak french
