In a quiet and very pleasant environment, we offer you this charming apartment on the Vilaine river bank, on the first floor over a courtyard, with a surface area of 20 m² and which can comfortably accommodate 2 travelers. Dupont des Loges street is the main artery of "La Californie" district, located on the island between the two arms of the Vilaine river. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also stores, restaurants, bars, markets of the hypercenter, the station...
Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A kitchen with a dining area, equipped with: Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A living room with a desk, a TV, a double bed (140×190) and a closet.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Outside :
- A terrace along the Vilaine river, in a green setting with furniture (table and chairs) to enjoy the environment.

Nearby activities:
- Sporting activities: possibility of jogging along the towpath of the Vilaine, the Saint Georges swimming pool (classified as a historical monument) is also 5 minutes away.
- Cultural activities: concerts/shows: UBU, Liberté, Théâtre National de Bretagne, museums: Fine Arts, champs libres and 40Mcube museums, Cinema: Gaumont.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park near the apartment.

- Rennes train station: it is about 10 minutes away by foot.

The stay was ok but the bathroom and especially the toilet should be cleaner when you arrive. It would also be a good idea if the person who receive us speak english as we don’t speak french

Terrasse des Loges "🙂 It was very quit. The apartment is situated on a 10 minutes walk from the centre, 5 minutes from a super market. 🙁 The apartment was smaller than expected. There is a small room, consisting of a kitchen table and a small kitchen and a room consisting of a bed and some space for your stuff. And there is a small but adequate toilet/shower. No effort have been made to make the apartment somewhat more atmospheric. In winter time, there is no purpose for the small terrace outside, and the view is not great: you see the river and an enormous flat right arccos. Parking your car is expensive in the street. However there is an excellent bargain in the Hoche-parking house, on 15 minutes walking distance. (E30 euros for a whole week)"

Terrasse des Loges "Séjour très agréable. Je recommande vivement le lieu ! Idéal pour un couple. 🙂 J'ai récupéré les clefs à la réception d'un hôtel proche. C'était faisable mais je n'ai jamais rencontré l'hôte, ce qui était un peu dommage. Sinon logement très propre, pratique, bien équipé, avec café et nourriture pour un premier accueil - dépannage à l'arrivée. 🙁 Sans doute une rencontre avec l'hôte aurait été un peu plus sympa, mais techniquement pas indispensable."

Terrasse des Loges "Logement mignon mais pouvant être bruyant. 🙂 La récupération des clefs s'est bien passée, avec un intermédiaire ponctuel et très aimable. La petite terrasse sur la rivière. De quoi cuisiner au besoin. Bien placé, proche du centre de Rennes et de la gare. La décoration est sommaire mais présente. 🙁 Le logement est très mal isolé (bruit), on entend les pas et les paroles des voisins du dessus de manière très nette. Heureusement ils sont restés discrets. La propreté du logement était moyenne : j'ai nettoyé par moi même la porte fenêtre qui était très sale, la douche s'évacuait très lentement, un luminaire était grillé à mon arrivée."

Terrasse des Loges "Cadre idyllique mais logement sale car mauvaise gestion... 🙂 Très bon emplacement, on est près de la gare, pas très loin de l'hyper centre non plus. Supermarchés proches également. Le cadre est vraiment très joli, on a une jolie terrasse avec les canards qui passent, à l'abri des regards des passants. Le logement est vraiment bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire à manger. Il y'a même des sacs congélation, de l'huile, sel poivre... Vraiment pratique quand on vient quelques jours ! Très bon lit. 🙁 Par contre, gestion mauvaise qui est faite par une agence. Qui demande par 3 mails et 3 SMS avant notre arrivée de préciser notre heure d'arrivée, pour qu'au final les clés soient à prendre à l'hôtel à côté. Le ménage n'est pas fait en dehors des sols = fenêtres tres sales, toiles d'araignées dans les coins, vaisselle sale, poussière sous les meubles et dans les multiprises, terrasse non nettoyée régulièrement, traces sur la literie... Un gros dommage, changez d'agence."
