Solskin is a modern and comfortable 82 m² holiday home in Renesse, located directly behind the dunes. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully enclosed garden, air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, and space for up to 6 guests, it is an excellent choice for families, friends, and dog owners looking for a relaxing beach holiday on the Zeeland coast.Living area: The bright living room has a comfortable seating area with a corner sofa, playful hanging chair and separate armchair. Guests can relax by the fireplace or enjoy a quiet evening in front of the television.Dining area: The dining area overlooks the garden and offers seating for six people, creating a pleasant place for shared meals and relaxed moments together.Kitchen: The open kitchen connects directly to the living and dining area and is fully equipped with a hob, dishwasher, combi-microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and complete kitchen inventory. For coffee, guests can choose between a filter coffee maker, Senseo and espresso machine. A kettle is also available.Bedrooms: The holiday home has three bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed with two separate mattresses, bedside tables with lighting, and an open wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms: one with a 160x200 cm double bed with two separate mattresses and a low storage cabinet, and one with two 80x200 cm single beds, an open wardrobe and an additional storage cabinet.Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms. The ground-floor en-suite bathroom has a washbasin with a mirror and a walk-in shower. The bathroom on the first floor is also equipped with a washbasin and walk-in shower.Toilets: Separate toilets are available on both floors for added convenience.Comfort and family safety: Both bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioning. The staircase is fitted with stair gates at both the top and bottom, making the home practical for families with small children.Outdoor space: The fully enclosed garden is ideal for families with children and guests travelling with dogs. It offers a safe and pleasant outdoor space for relaxing, playing and enjoying the fresh sea air.Garden facilities: Two football goals are available for active guests. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per stay.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.Due to construction work at the park, we offer an additional discount. There may be limited inconvenience, mainly on working days. This is in the period up to and including June 2026 and from Sept to May 2027.
