"The house and rooms were clean and had all of the needed amenities. The host and property management communicate effectively. The only issues we had were the dock has fallen into disrepair in places and 1 of the 4 kayaks took on water and was totally sunk after an hour if you didnt stop to empty the hull. To dock our boat in the far slip we had to be careful which deck boards we walked on and the light was non-operational. All in all the property was a great for the price as is. I wouldnt mind staying there again just need to bring really good bugspray for the mosquitoes but thats SW Florida / Everglades. A few updates and a screened in deck would make it a more marketable property though."
