"Property is clean, Isabelle at check in was very courteous and gave us a warm welcome! I have been to two other locations and this property seems smaller and does not have some of the slides as the North Carolina property. Overall experience was great and family had a lovely time. "

"This motel was amazing ! At check in I was a bit skeptical as I was expecting something different. This old school charm and the matches at check in reminded me another time. The only I would say that someone should just be mindful of, is that your door opens right to first floor outside traffic. So if that is a concern to you just be mindful. I would go back and would recommend this motel to anyone !"

"Overall, I had a good stay. The room was very clean, and all of the amenities were clean and well maintained. Everything was organized and in good condition, which made for a comfortable experience. The main areas that could use improvement are the breakfast and the in-room TV. The breakfast was okay, but it was very standard and similar to what you find at most hotels. Considering the location of this Hyatt, I think the breakfast could offer more variety and higher-quality options. The television also feels outdated. It doesn’t support screen mirroring or allow guests to log into streaming services like Netflix or other apps. I was surprised that the TVs haven’t been upgraded, as these features have become standard in many hotels and would significantly improve the guest experience. Lastly, I don’t understand why parking is charged separately when you’re already paying to stay at the hotel. I know this isn’t unique to this Hyatt and is common at many hotels, but it’s still a policy that doesn’t make much sense from a guest’s perspective. Including parking in the room rate—or at least offering it complimentary for overnight guests—would make the overall experience much better."

"The property is under renovation and we were made aware however, the extent was a little more than I expected. The biggest negative was that construction was supposed to start at 8:00 AM and Friday and Saturday they started at 7:15 AM. The lack of option for F & B during the renovation was disappointing."

"We had an excellent stay at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort in Naples. The location is hard to beat—the hotel is right on a beautiful stretch of beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the Gulf without ever needing to leave the property. The amenities were outstanding. We loved relaxing by the pool, the beach service was excellent, and everything was well maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, helping make our stay feel truly relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a beachfront resort with great amenities and a wonderful atmosphere, La Playa is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again."
