「Overall, very nice experience. We were visiting Columbia to attend our nephews graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. It was very nice to have a home to come back to and rest after his graduation vs. going back to a hotel room. The house was clean, but does need some overall updating. The queen bed in one of the bedrooms-not the main bedroom-was not very comfortable. Every time one of us slightly moved in bed, the bed would squeak loudly. Updating this would do wonders. 「Stayed here after a USC football game. House is older, run-down and wasn’t well-maintained. Found several dead bugs in the kitchen and house. Our socks were black after walking around. No ice or filtered water in fridge. Back deck didn’t feel safe to be on. Located in a run-down area. Host was very communicative and it was an easy check in. Good setup for large group. 」

「It was close to walmart and various food stores which is a plus and it was about 10 minutes from base. The only issue i had was the floors were too crickey... The house was not updated and we had issues putting the code in the door. Our check-kn took aboit 20 to 30 min. Also the laundry room dopr was stuck and was hard to wash our clothes. Yes it was clean but i think we over paid for a basic house. There was stickers on the walls and the TV didnt work unless you bring a roku or something.That...

「Overall, the house is located in a nice, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. Besides that, a few improvements are needed to make the house more pleasant. The carpets should either be professionally cleaned or replaced.」

「There was not a whole lot of kitchen items. Not many if any plastic containers and we couldn’t locate any glass bakeware to make a casserole in. It would have also been nice to have an TV in the master bedroom. Other than that it was perfect and peaceful for my Son’s graduation.」

「The description, communication, and location were excellent. The house is quite charming. We rented this home as the beginning to a family vacation as our daughter was graduating from USC.
