"Had an odd smell and a bit dated. First time staying at Wingdam Hotels and based off this experience probably would not be my first go to. Although it was clean and entery area is nice garden was nice bar area they opening looks like it will be. Staff extremely nice the rooms themselves just not what I need for more than a 1 night stay in a hotel. I mean I know you don't go to hotel to watch tv but on bad days and you have a family that want to watch a movie with todays technology it should be a smart tv. Gives you options on your stay. The lighting in the rooms were also very limited. And very small bathroom. Bed was comfortable "

"Ice machine was broken, fridge did not work, light fixtures didn’t work, white stains on the floor, graffiti in the hall way, the hallway also smelled like weed"

"A lovely stay in this renovated Hilton. Room was large. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast(not included) was delicious with two reasonably priced options with many choices. Our server was wonderful. Area has choices for dinner. "

"There were restaurants nearby, but a train was nearby too and went by in the middle of the night."

"Didn't get to stay as they didn't have rooms that we booked through Expedia when we got there! Not to mention Expedia has done nothing to help me out with the money i lost"

"Front staff not very helpful and not very friendly. Attitude issues except from the red headed girl. She was pleasant and helpful. Maid on 3rd floor was super kind and helpful as well. "
