  • What I enjoy most about the neighborhood is the opportunity it provides for both relaxation and adventure. The serene riverside setting offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and recharge. At the same time, the abundance of activities in the surrounding area keeps your engaged and entertained. Whether you're exploring nature trails, trying out local restaurants, or participating in water sports and fishing on the river, there's always something new and exciting to experience. This blend of tranquility and excitement is what makes this property truly special and appealing.
    Please note:
    We do not allow people outside the reservation to the property. If you say you have a party of 4 it must be no more than 4 people at the property. More guest are welcome for a fee of $45 per person per night. No more than 8 guest.
    Please do not request if that's your intentions.
    Pet fee is $100 per pet for the entirety of your stay.

"Tranquil" is spot on!

We enjoyed the house! Comfortable beds, big kitchen, large screen TV, wrap around enclosed porch, comfortable outdoor chairs to watch the river, not far from Binghamton.

The host was so amazingly responsive. The cottage is beautiful; the grounds are beautiful. It is very private, as described with lovely views and so much space! My dog had a blast running laps around the yard. Sunrises were really lovely, either from the screened in porch, the deck in the yard, the dock, and even the window of the primary bedroom. The hot tub was on and warm when we got there. This was a perfect weekend getaway. Looking forward to visiting again when the weather warms up and we can swim and kayak in the river.

PERFECT LOCATION

Place was great. Property Manager was better. Location was great for our needs. Too bad it was freezing cold. I could see myself have a much better time in the summer :)
