「Amazing stay, even extended twice. The service is second to none, everything is no problem. From the amazing view of the sea to all the varied wildlife in the grounds, posse of monkeys visit every day drinking from the pool and generally being monkeys to peacocks, a mongoose, frogs, all the birds. 「Fabulous place!! The people here are so helpful and friendly! Well, it is Sri Lanka after all!! What a gem this hotel is, the spa treatments are fab and even though we didn't pay for meals to be included we have eaten most of our meals here, lovely!! 「Very nice and very quiet chalet on a deserted beach. The location is literally on the beach. Ideal if you want tranquility. Just the sound of the waves! Our host was excellent and helped us with information we needed. There is a good restaurant next door and the Waves will provide good dinners at reasonable cost if you give them warning (as everything is freshly cooked). 」

「Die Unterkunft besteht aus 2 Cabanas und einer Restaurantterasse, welche den Gästen vorbehalten ist. Die Cabanas befinden sich in einem großen Garten und so hat man viel Privatspähre. Wer es ruhig haben möchte, ist hier richtig. Wir hatten mit 3 Personen die beiden Cabanas gebucht und waren für uns alleine. Meine Begleiter feierten Geburtstag und Hochzeitstag. Dafür wurde geschmückt und eine Torte besorgt. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten Fußweg. Hier findet man weitere Restaurants.」

「This resort is situated off the beaten track. It was just what we were looking for. The manager was friendly and did every to make our stay there enjoyable. 「We loved our stay at coco tangalla. The staff was welcoming and kind and the location was amazing. The property is beautiful with a great pool and beautiful view of the beach (although you can’t swim there because of the rocks, but it’s great to watch crabs in the rock pools!) - food was very tasty (egg hoppers were especially good) and the room was comfortable and practical (not huge in itself but the bed was comfy and there was storage for our bags under the bed, and the bathroom was big)....
