Genießen Sie erholsame Urlaubstage in unseren gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichteten Ein-Zwei und Dreiraumwohnungen. Alle Wohnungen verfügen über Balkon oder Terrasse mit herrlichem Bergblick in absolut ruhiger Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Ortskern entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich die Kneippanlage mit Seerosenteich und Barfußweg. Wir bieten komplett ausgestattete Wohnungen für 2-4 Personen mit Safe, W-LAN, Mikrowelle, Flachbildschirm u. teilweise Geschirrspüler, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Gut zu erreichen sind Loipen, Frei-und Hallenbad sowie die Abfahrtsstellen zur Winklmoos-Alm. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimmcard. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee. Eine große geräumige Ferienwohnung, ca. 55 qm auf zwei Etagen. Der Wohnraum und die komplett eingerichtete Küche befinden sich auf Parterre. Im ersten Stock befinden sich zwei Schlafräume mit fest eingebauten Doppelbetten. Auf der Terrasse sowie auf dem nach Süden ausgerichteten Balkon können Sie die Morgensonne genießen. Sie haben einen herrlichen Blick auf den Ort Reit im Winkl und das Fellhorn. Die Wohnung ist für 2 bis 4 Personen geeignet. Im Schlafraum befindet sich ein separater Fernseher.

Klein aber fein

Für unseren Zweck des Skifahrens war die FEWO Ok. Es sollte vielleicht vermerkt werden, dass das 1. Schlafzimmer nur als Durchgangszimmer zum 2. Schlafzimmer und zum Bad benutzt werden kann.
