Die Kommunikation und die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter war außerordentlich gut, das Haus für große Gruppen perfekt. "Very quiet location, our apartment was well equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable, the fridge was little bit too noisy. "From being met by our host at the door before we even rang the bell to when we left this was the perfect last stop on our trip. The apartment is very large, beautifully decorated, and absolutely immaculate. We were flying late out of Frankfurt on our last day and the host offered to let us stay beyond check out time rather than us sitting at the airport. Staying here made the end of our travels as pleasant and easy as possible."

"Mit dem Zimmer, dem Spa Bereich und dem Restaurant waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Der Service war jedoch leider unterdurchnittlich. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts ging mehrere Male etwas mit den Karten zum Öffnen der Zimmer schief (zum Beispiel Karten vertauscht fuer zwei Zimmer in unserer Gruppe beim check in, Karte abgelaufen um 10 Uhr am Tag der Abreise obwohl check out bis 11 Uhr). Ich habe Verständnis dass mal etwas schief geht, aber das waren insgesamt 4 Probleme mit den Zimmerkarten bei einem 2 tägigen Aufenthalt. Absolut inakzeptabel war der Service einer Angestellten beim Frühstück. Am ersten Frühstück wurden wir sehr deutlich und unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass ein gemeinsamer Tisch für alle in unserer Gruppe nun nur mit Schierigkeiten spontan umgesetzt werden kann. Jedoch hat uns beim check in niemand darauf hingewiesen, dass ein gemeinsamer Tisch unserer Gruppe fürs Frühstück im Vorfeld angekündigt werden sollte, obwohl offensichtlich war dass die Zimmer von unserer Gruppe individuell gebucht wurden. Absolut unterirdisch lief es dann am zweiten Morgen: Wir wurden zu einem Tisch geführt, der nur über fünf Plätze und Stühle verfügt, unsere Gruppe bestand aber aus neun Leuten. Eine höfliche Nachfrage führte zu keiner Verbesserung, so dass wir uns letztlich zu neunt um den einen Tisch quetschen mussten. Ich kann das Hotel somit leider nicht empfehlen."
