「Great place to stay! Spa was great! Hotel staff was incredible. Breakfast was also very good! Would stay again.」

「Had a negative check-in experience. Rooms are supposed to be available for check-in from 15:00. I arrived at 16:15 and was told the room wasn't ready yet and was asked to wait 30 minutes. 「I have been to this place 20 years ago. It is still a great place to eat and stay. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. If able, please try to get a central microwave for the hallways or for guest use downstairs. Breakfast was very good!」
