Built in 1932 and recently remodeled, this delightful house is just a block and a half from the sandy shores, making it the perfect getaway for families and dog lovers alike. With a blend of historic charm and modern amenities, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

The home features a spacious living area equipped with a TV and comfortable seating, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. The fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher, making meal prep a breeze. Enjoy your meals in the dining area or step outside to the screen porch furnished with cozy seating for al fresco dining.

With a variety of sleeping arrangements, including 3 queen beds and a pyramid bunk, there’s plenty of room for everyone. Families will appreciate the high chair, Pack-N-Play, and children's games available for the little ones. After a day of beachcombing or exploring local attractions, relax on the screen porch & enjoy the ocean breeze!

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable and cozy relaxing atmosphere. Kitchen filled with all the necessities. Bedrooms are spapious and the mattresses are extremely comfortable. Close to beach and restaurants. Pet friendly atmosphere. Loved the screened in porch. We were looking for quiet street, we got a quiet street.
