  • Stay tucked away in our updated, clean and comfortably-furnished Lewes townhome. It's the perfect place for family and friends, and well-behaved, non-shedding family members too (dog)! Our quiet community is located east of Coastal Highway and is only 1.5 miles away from Historic downtown, Savannah (formerly Lewes) Beach, and Cape Henlopen. It's a short block away from the Lewes-Georgetown and Junction-Breakwater trails, and walkable to many nearby places to eat and shop. Our coastal-decorated home has everything you're looking for to relax and be comfortable!

    *Main bedroom with attached bathroom (king- sleeps 2)
    *Bedroom 2 (queen + full - sleeps 3-4)
    *Bedroom 3 (twin beds - sleeps 2)
    *Living area (queen sleeper sofa - sleeps 2)
    *Bathroom 2 (2nd floor hall)

    Note: Guests must bring own bed sheets and bath towels. Rental linen service available (information in rental welcome package).
    Accessible to many amenities that makes visitors love Lewes so much.
    - Take a walk to Historic Lewes (~ 1.5 miles) and all of its wonderful restaurants/shops
    - Access the Georgetown-Lewes bike trail (~0. 2 mile) and ride to Cape Henlopen State Park (~5 miles) or pedal around on the Georgetown-Lewes Trail
    - Shop local at nearby shops or nearby Tanger Outlets on Route 1
    - Drive to Rehoboth Beach and visit the boardwalk (~ 6 miles) or take a ride on your bike on the Junction-Breakwater Trail (~30 mins)u

The house had everything we needed from being pet friendly, in a great location and was clean, cozy and comfortable as advertised. The kitchen was well equipped and the large tv in the living room was a nice feature for watching movies and playing video games.

While we had a rained out Memorial Day weekend stay, this place was a great find - comfortable and clean, appreciated the collection of games and stocked kitchen, and plenty to do in the area even with bad weather.

Came down to Lewes for a wedding at Baywood Greens and stayed here. The Place was close to everything, very clean, and a bouquet of flowers were left in the kitchen was a nice touch. Didn't get to spend a lot of time here but definitely would stay here if we come down to Lewes again.

Really lovely stay at this home. The house was exactly as described and was very neat and clean. it had all the amenities that we needed. Check-in and out Instructions were very easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The house is cute, convenient and comfortable. You have to bring your own sheets and towels but that was ok for us because we were driving.

Great space for family of four

This house was the perfect size for two adults and two tweens to enjoy a beach vacation. Very clean house and quiet neighborhood. Close enough to easily explore Lewes, Cape Henlopen, and Rehobeth beaches. Would stay here again!

Perfect location and excellent property

The townhouse was a great place for our family beach vacation. The property is clean, updated, nicely decorated and well appointed. It’s a great location being close to both Lewes and Rehoboth. Will stay here again for sure and highly recommend it!

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our time in celebration of a wedding. Our host was very communicative, helpful and even did a dance to help improve the weather! Also appreciated that they are dog friendly.

We all had a great stay at this beautiful home! It’s a beautiful space that has all of the modern amenities you need for comfort and convenience. The hosts were great communicators who always responded with any questions quickly. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to enjoy a few meals at the house to save some money while visiting Lewes.

Perfect Property

The perfect property for my family. All the amenities we required, very clean, and spacious. The owners were very responsive and provided plenty of details on the area; particularly the best times to get on the beach.

Perfect house.

I really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was clean and close to beach and had everything you would use for the week. I loved the bed and pillows in the Master room as it was so comfortable. A true home away from home.
