"Very easy check in. Home was very clean and as advertised. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Very nice size fenced yard for our dogs to play. Deck extends length of house and gets plenty of sunshine. Kitchen well epuipped. Would stay again if i get the opportunity, maybe try to get in some fishing."

"This is my first time staying at an independent property, rather than a name brand, so I was a little unsure at first, but they’re pet friendly and close to where we wanted to be for the weekend - something hard to find in season. The property has a nice curb appeal, it’s a little older of a building, but still quaint. The room was an even nicer surprise: well appointed, extremely comfortable mattress, pillows, and bedding. The bathroom had wonderfully thick towels, although a little challenging...

"The overall experience of our stay is good. The included breakfast is decent and the staffs are constantly refilling the foods. Easy access to tea, water and coffee in the lobby. Parking is a bit expensive. It's a busy hotel and there are times that we had to call multiple times in order to get services. There is also a performer dressed as a mermaid to interact with the guests at the pool every Thursday; the kids had a blast talking to her."

"The hotel is located in between Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach. You can easily walk to Dewey and the Main Street area on a safe sidewalk. Walking to Regoboth would not be easy- due to lack of sidewalks and distance. Biking yes. The staff was very nice here. Rates the best for the area and DOG friendly. "

"Stayed here for the Ocean's Calling festival. Check-in was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly and kind. The room was dated, but clean and had a true king size bed. Excellent pillows - firm yet soft. I would stay here again for the location and ease of getting to places along the beach. "
