I stayed from 10/6 to 10/8. Great weather and no crowds. It was located in an area that was quiet. Right near Rehoboth Beach. Plenty of restaurants and near Delaware Seashore state park. Not too far from Cape Henlopen state park either.

Went here for my anniversary and overall a good stay. The property was very clean, the bed was comfortable and hotel was in a good location. But the walls were very thi n and we had to move because it was so noisy as a group of young kids were staying next to us.

I traveled with two children so having breakfast available was very helpful. There were also alot of other families that we on property and took advantage of this option. The hotel is also really close to the beach, and other activities such as boating. It is on the strip with all the shops - we went for a late night ice cream stroll 😋. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location. Chose to be bayside this vacation, but the ocean side was just a hop,skip, and a jump away. Breakfast was included. Very nice breakfast buffet! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Had an exceptional stay. Rooms very clean and roomy. Air conditioner worked very well. Private parking for vehicles. Would definitely book another stay at the Hyatt Place.

the breakfast was a nice addition to the stay with good choices. my room window was on the indoor pool side, which meant it was always grayed out and there was no direct sunlight. Staff was friendly, helpful, and kind.

We must've had one of the worst rooms the Hyatt could offer at this location. The window looked out over an empty space. I've just tied floor and other windows. Worst room ever. I wasn't expecting beach views, but I was expecting some sort of view where I could open my window and get fresh air or at least see the outside world. Otherwise, staff was accommodating and helpful in other ways
