4/5 - Good
Not bad, vibrant, close to major highways and public transportation. and the Mall!

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions, but I did have some concerns during my stay. For instance, the rooms could benefit from a deeper clean and some modernization, including the windows, regardless of the room category. Additionally, the breakfast option was limited, ...

It was a good stay, the room was small but pretty clean. The bathtub was really small. I gave 4 stars because it was not a friendly welcome. I wish the people at the front desk will give a more warm welcome but besides that, everything was pretty cool.

This hotel is very well located. You can walk from Central Park to Times Square. It is close to subway stops. While very elegant, it could use some updating in the common areas and rooms. The rooms are quite spacious but could use some redecorating. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A great location and a comfortable stay. Each room has a fully equipped little kitchen which is great for longer stays. The staff are very helpful and friendly and amazingly, they let us do our laundry for free. I highly recommend this place and would use it again!

I use to live in the area and they've really built it up.
Close to family. Can’t see any other reason to stay there.
It’s okay
I wish they had a small fridge in the hotel. I was expecting that after all the money they charged.
Crazy place to get around. Use cab or uber and make sure your patience is intact!!! But great place, nice people and good New York vibe. Love Queens!!
